Pacific Beach

I can never get over how blessed we are to live here in this part of the country. We looooove the ocean and we just spent the last couple of days camping at Pacific Beach. We borrowed Dan and Bee's tent. It has been over ten years since we tented! It was a great time and the weather was really good. We played on the beach, roasted hotdogs, made smores, went to Ocean Shores and rode the go-carts, and just relaxed in the beautiful outdoors!

An unexpected surprise was meeting new friends who were camped right next to us. He is from Ukraine and she is American. They met in Ukraine where she had gone to be a missionary. They are now living here and seeking the Lord's leading for their future. Jonathan and Hannah had a splendid time playing with their 2 1/2 year old little boy! We are hoping to be able to get together with them again soon. They live only about an hour from us. It was so neat meet these members of our "family of God" and spend time talking about what God is doing in their lives and ours.
