We got to go to our church camp-out this year! We haven't been able to go for the past several years because Tim's work convention has conflicted with it. But this year the convention was early so we were able to go. It was a great time but started off a little rough for us. We were driving there in the motor home and Scott and Charlotte were following us in their car. We were about 1/2 hour away from the campground when we hit what we thought was a small deer. It was actually a Great Dane! It clipped the front left corner of the motorhome and ran off into the woods. We stopped and talked to a man who lived in the house right where we hit it. It wasn't his dog and we saw no sign of it so we had to just keep going. We were very thankful it hit us and not the Nitschkes because the motor home could handle quite a bit more impact than their little car! The rest of the weekend was uneventful and just plain fun!
