The first night at the hospital was kinda surreal. Once Jeremiah was out of surgery we went home. Got to bed around 2 a.m. Headed back up Saturday afternoon and everyday after that for the first week. After that we went 3-4 days each week. Much of the time especially that first week we were kept busy with keeping Brooklin entertained. We did enjoy that tho! Once Jeremiah got moved to the 4th floor (rehab), they had him on a very busy rehab schedule. Visiting hours were not until 4 pm Monday through Saturday. Every day there were so many visitors...family, friends, and Jerry's co-workers. It was so amazing to see all the support he was getting.
