We finally got to go back to Weiser this year! It was kind of weird with both Cherokee and Pat not there. We've never been there without them but we are comforted knowing they are both in heaven with Jesus! We drove over on Wednesday and came home on Sunday. Nobody entered the contest, we just enjoyed listening to the music and being with our friends. We camped next to Brad and his new wife Eileen. The weather was perfect. We used our new 10 person tent which was quite spacious with just the four of us!:)
Tim sent his grandpa Carter's (Ray) fiddle home with Joe Sites for him to fix and set up.
We went swimming every day up at the reservoir which was so full that there was hardly any beach! Hannah, Eileen Pinkerton, and I walked around town one day and collected charms for these charm bracelets that they had. It was very fun and relaxing and oh! The big parade! Terrific as always!
Katrina Pierce (don't remember her married name) won the championship this year.
On the drive over we stopped at this old deserted farm house that Tim has always liked and took some pictures.
