Washington State Fiddle Contest

We went to Wenatchee for the state fiddle contest. Gramma Carter came with us too and we had a great time. The kids placed 3rd in the Youth Twin Fiddle division and Tim placed 3rd in the Open Division. In between playing on stage Jonathan and Hannah had a great time playing 4-square with all the other kids. We also went swimming at the hotel and had the world's best fish and chips at Hart's Fish & Chips. Whenever we are in Wenatchee we HAVE to eat there. It's fantastic! Seriously, the best fish & chips anywhere! The down side was that the Gages didn't come this year. Even Trevor didn't make it...so we were Gage-less and even had to sniff out the ice cream without Ken! But all in all it was a fabulous weekend with fun, friends, music, and SUNSHINE!
