Timmy and Jenica's wedding was absolutely beautiful and perfect! It was at Snoqualmie Golf Course in Snoqualmie, Washington on July 17, 2010. The morning was a bit overcast but by the time of pictures and the ceremony, the sun had come out and the view was spectacular! At kind of the last minute they asked me to play for Jenica coming down the aisle which of course I was happy and honored to do. It was so special to be able to do that for them!
Jenica wore her grandmother's wedding dress which is 60 years old this year! Both Jenica's mother and her aunt also wore the same dress. Quite a family tradition!
There were 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen. The girls were in black and white dressess and the guys in black tuxes with peach vests and ties. Jenica wanted us moms in black as well. There was a ring bearer and three flower girls, also two "bubble princesses"....Hannah and Kelsey. They got to pass out the bubbles when the bride and groom were leaving.
Jenica's maid of honor put together a slide show of Timmy and Jenica, there was great food, dancing, and my personal favorite....the groom and mom dance. Timmy picked "Thanks Again" by Ricky Skaggs for our song. It was perfect.
When they were going to leave in their limo at the end of the night, Jonathan got in and was holding a glass of sparkling cider when they opened the door! Timmy just looked at him and said, "Jonathan, get out of there!" ha ha! It was pretty funny.
